Bio Digester

Our Unique

Bio-Digestor

Onsite Waste Treatment by DRDO.

Our Bio-Digester is a Sustainable Solution to Water Pollution and Health Hazards.

This groundbreaking solution, developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, is set to revolutionise the way we address the pressing issues of water pollution and health hazards associated with open defecation.

How Does it Work?

We welcome you to the world of innovative bio-digester technology!

At its core, biodigester technology relies on a composite bacteria known as inoculum, strategically placed inside a multi-chambered bio-tank. This inoculum is a consortium of anaerobic bacteria meticulously designed to thrive even in extreme temperatures as low as -5°C. The inoculum serves as the catalyst for the entire biodigester process, kickstarting the transformation of organic waste into water, methane, and carbon dioxide.

No traditional Septic Tank!

We use Bacteria.

01

The beauty of this anaerobic process lies in its ability to render pathogens, responsible for water-borne diseases, inactive. Within the bio-digester, a controlled environment is created, maintaining a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, with optimal conditions meticulously regulated. Microbial heat generation and insulation of the reactor ensure that this temperature range is consistently maintained.

Inside the bio-digester, organic waste undergoes a remarkable transformation. The inoculum-driven anaerobic process facilitates the degradation of waste matter. As a result, it not only eliminates the harmful pathogens but also generates valuable resources. The end products of this ingenious process include methane, a potent source of energy, and treated water.

The Transformation.

The magic behind it.

This water can be used for gardening. Whereas the methane gas, if produced in sufficient quantity, can be used to address energy needs.

But practically, a single bio-digester unit does not produce enough methane so it is let go in atmosphere.

One of the most compelling aspects of biodigester technology is its cost-effectiveness. By efficiently converting organic waste into valuable resources, it addresses two critical challenges simultaneously: reducing water pollution and mitigating health risks associated with open defecation.

A Cost-Effective and Sustainable Solution

03

The biodigester technology is a testament to human innovation and our ability to harness the power of nature to address some of our most pressing environmental and health concerns. Join us in embracing this revolutionary solution and be part of the journey towards a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable future.
